1.1. Ocean Shell Studios ships domestically within New Zealand generally using Post Haste, NZ Couriers and NZ Post.
1.2. For international shipments, we primarily use DHL and FedEx, depending on destination and service availability.
1.3. Shipping method and carrier may be selected at our discretion based on delivery location, parcel size, and urgency.
2. Freight Charges
2.1. Freight charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the order.
2.2. If there are discrepancies in size, weight, or destination that affect the calculated freight, we reserve the right to adjust charges.
2.3. Retail Customers: You will be contacted before dispatch if additional charges apply. Your order will not be shipped until the revised freight amount is approved and paid.
2.4. Wholesale Customers: We may proceed with dispatch and include any freight adjustments on your final invoice.
3. Dispatch and Tracking
3.1. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.

Each tile features a premium ceramic bisque base finished with genuine New Zealand Paua veneer, expertly tinted in a deep sapphire blue to enhance its natural iridescence while retaining the shell’s signature texture and shimmer.
These tiles are perfect for luxurious decorative applications including borders, backsplashes, and feature panels in kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, restaurants, bars, hotels, superyachts, and bespoke interiors. The vivid sapphire hue adds a bold yet refined accent to any design vision.
Tiles are approximately 7mm thick and offered in a wide variety of sizes. Custom sizes are available upon request, up to a maximum of 2400 × 1200mm, to give you full creative freedom in your project.
