Shipping Policy – Ocean Shell Studios Trading As "Luméa"
This Shipping Policy outlines how Ocean Shell Studios ("we," "us," or "our") handles the dispatch and delivery of orders placed via our website or through direct arrangements. We offer both domestic and international shipping.
1. Shipping Methods
1.1. Ocean Shell Studios ships domestically within New Zealand generally using Post Haste, NZ Couriers and NZ Post.
1.2. For international shipments, we primarily use DHL and FedEx, depending on destination and service availability.
1.3. Shipping method and carrier may be selected at our discretion based on delivery location, parcel size, and urgency.
2. Freight Charges
2.1. Freight charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the order.
2.2. If there are discrepancies in size, weight, or destination that affect the calculated freight, we reserve the right to adjust charges.
2.3. Retail Customers: You will be contacted before dispatch if additional charges apply. Your order will not be shipped until the revised freight amount is approved and paid.
2.4. Wholesale Customers: We may proceed with dispatch and include any freight adjustments on your final invoice.
3. Dispatch and Tracking
3.1. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.
3.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is entered at the time of order. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments resulting from incorrect address information.

Shell veneer changes with the light. A swatch that reads soft and pearlescent on a desk can reveal flashes of colour when you tilt it or move it closer to a window. Seeing the samples in person gives you a better feel for the colour, pattern and surface finish. Place them alongside timber, stone, metals or fabrics to see how they work with the materials you’ve already chosen.
