This Shipping Policy outlines how Ocean Shell Studios ("we," "us," or "our") handles the dispatch and delivery of orders placed via our website or through direct arrangements. We offer both domestic and international shipping.

1.1. Ocean Shell Studios ships domestically within New Zealand generally using Post Haste, NZ Couriers and NZ Post.
1.2. For international shipments, we primarily use DHL and FedEx, depending on destination and service availability.
1.3. Shipping method and carrier may be selected at our discretion based on delivery location, parcel size, and urgency.
2. Freight Charges
2.1. Freight charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the order.
2.2. If there are discrepancies in size, weight, or destination that affect the calculated freight, we reserve the right to adjust charges.
2.3. Retail Customers: You will be contacted before dispatch if additional charges apply. Your order will not be shipped until the revised freight amount is approved and paid.
2.4. Wholesale Customers: We may proceed with dispatch and include any freight adjustments on your final invoice.

These unique Queenie Pāua shells are sustainably sourced and gently cleaned to reveal their soft silver tones and delicate pearlescence. Also known as "Queenie Haliotis australis" - Yellow foot pāua. Commonly called Queen pāua. With a naturally elegant form and subtle shimmer, they’re ideal for jewellery making, decorative accents, or ocean-inspired craftwork.
