1.2. For international shipments, we primarily use DHL and FedEx, depending on destination and service availability.
1.3. Shipping method and carrier may be selected at our discretion based on delivery location, parcel size, and urgency.
2. Freight Charges
2.1. Freight charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the order.
2.2. If there are discrepancies in size, weight, or destination that affect the calculated freight, we reserve the right to adjust charges.
2.3. Retail Customers: You will be contacted before dispatch if additional charges apply. Your order will not be shipped until the revised freight amount is approved and paid.
2.4. Wholesale Customers: We may proceed with dispatch and include any freight adjustments on your final invoice.

These round Paua shell components feature a softly curved surface and a tumbled polish that brings out the vivid natural colours of New Zealand Paua - ranging from deep violet blues to flashes of turquoise and peach. Each piece is ground flat on the back for easy setting while retaining its organic texture and character. A large, centrally positioned hole makes them perfect for use as pendants or focal elements without the need for additional drilling.
Ideal for jewellery making and statement accessories, they can be easily paired with cord, chain, or wire. Other possibilities include Hei Tiki eyes. Their luminous, ocean-inspired colouring and ready-to-use design make them a striking choice for both contemporary and nature based creations.
